Alcohol, Drugs & Tobacco
This is a non smoking event. No tobacco products allowed. Absolutely NO alcohol or drugs allowed on festival grounds. Any person who seem to be under the influence or are in possession of these items will be removed from the premises. All such instances will be handled by law enforcement.
Bags
Please note: all bags will be searched upon entry to the park. This is a FREE public event. We want to insure the safety of all the attendees, so we are asking that you please cooperate.
Blankets & Chairs
Blankets & chairs will be allowed behind the BOLD WHITE LINE on the main field. In front of the BOLD WHITE LINE is STANDING ROOM ONLY!
Booth Closing
Games and rides will close down at 7:00 pm once the concert has begun. The food booths however will remain open until 10:00 pm. Beverages will be available until 10:30 pm. NightVision product booths will remain open until 8:30 pm.
Bookstore
Praise Productions will have a booth set up for those who would like to find your latest music cd or even a book written by today’s bestselling authors. There will be items there from Israel for sale.
Cameras
We will permit regular cameras at the festival. We will not permit any professional camera equipment or camcorders! Please be mindful of others when you're taking your pictures, as the ultimate purpose for being at NightVision is to worship God.
Children
Should any child be lost, please flag down one of the security officers immediately. Please be sure to keep a close eye on your children. DO NOT leave them in the Little Lights Kids Corner unattended. Any child found unattended will be taken to the PHM information booth. If your child falls asleep during any portion of the day, please do not let them sleep on the ground anywhere near stages, high traffic areas where activities are going on. This could be very dangerous to your child.

First Aid Booth
If there are any emergencies or medical needs, there will be a first aid booth staffed with EMS responders to tend to the matter right away.
Food Booths
The booths will be serving food and beverage items from 10am until 9:30pm (9:30pm closing for food and 10:30pm for beverages). There will be various types of food and drinks so bring some extra money.
Games, Toys and Equipment
No sports equipment, frisbees, skateboards or bicycles allowed. Please note: Praise Him Ministries is not responsible for items lost or stolen.
Hand Stamps or Colored Bands
Color coded for each day. Do not wash it off! You will need this for re-entry to the festival grounds. This is also the way that we get a count of all who attend.

Literature Distribution
All literature distributed at the festival must be approved by the PHM Director prior to the festival opening day. This is a policy that will be strictly enforced! We are accountable for what we allow to be handed to the people attending.
Litter Box
We are confident that the children of God will help keep the festival grounds clean by picking up after themselves or even someone that may not have noticed that they dropped trash. If there are any trash cans that are overflowing please advise someone in the PHM information booth.
Lost and Found
Any and all items that are found at close the of the festival on either day will be turned in to the lost and found located at the PHM informational booth. Items not claimed such as cameras, cell phones, jewelry, keys, etc., after close of the festival on Saturday will be given to the Security Director for PHM. You can contact him at:

Merchandise / Artist
NightVision artists will have booths in the park where you may purchase their music. They may also be available for a short time to sign autographs.
NightVision Merchandise
There is one location on the festival grounds where NightVision merchandise can be purchased. This booth will be clearly marked.
Offering
This is a FREE festival and we are really grateful for any and all donations to help keep this festival free and of top quality. We do not want you to feel pressured to give by any means the Lord loves a cheerful giver. Each night, you will be given an opportunity to give. Your donation is tax deductible, however, we will need to have your full name and address either on your check or on an offering envelope if you wish to receive a tax receipt from PHM. Please make check payable to: Praise Him Ministries, Inc. On the memo line of your check write “NightVision”

Paging
Paging is only allowed in extreme emergency. Please go to the PHM informational booth if paging is needed.
Parking
Parking on festival grounds is limited. No loitering in parking lot. Parking is not guaranteed, if you leave your parking spot, IT WILL BE FILLED! Please Note: Parking anywhere other than paid festival parking lot is “PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK”! If you leave the venue, you will need to pay again.

Personal Items
Please do not leave any of your personal items in the park. If there are personal items left in the park over night they will be taken to our lost and found booth. Any items not claimed at the close of the festival on Saturday night will be discarded after 5 days.

Portable Toilets
There are porta-potty’s located all around the festival grounds. If you see one that needs servicing please let someone know at the PHM information booth so that we can quickly attend to this matter.

Tents, Tarps, Umbrellas
THESE MUST BE KEPT IN THE REAR BEHIND THE SOUND BOOTH AND BOLD ORANGE LINE. STANDARD POP UP TENTS ARE WELCOMED, NOTHING LARGER. When the mainstage concert begins NO umbrellas, tents or tarps will be allowed to stay up (the main field area will become too congested and we do not want to create any hazards).
Water
You may purchase water at the selected booths. No outside food or drinks allowed!
What to Bring
YOUR BIBLE, pen and notebook, lawn chair, umbrella, insect repellent, money, sunglasses, hat, sweater, blanket, sun block, hand sanitizer, book bag or sack to carry it all.
Special Dietary Needs
Attendees with special dietary needs wanting to bring in food or drink must have these items pre-approved by the festival staff, by providing a valid doctor’s note on the physician’s company letterhead. Confirmation of this approval will be given via telephone call or email. Your name and item will be put on a list and given to the security at the front gate and you will be allowed to enter with those items.
Praise Him Ministries reserves the right to remove or deny access to anyone, at anytime, for any reason deemed detrimental to the safety of this festival and its attendees.
